Specific colour per diary entry

I want to be able to transfer all my diary entries from my Samsung phone to my iphone can't make it work. Also want to choose a colour for each diary entry not choose a different coloured diary that changes all entries from choice. Need a lot of colours and a colour wheel to create colours that you click on specific to a single entry. I had this in my android phone can't get it in my iphone
