Unable to add Microsoft Outlook account due to outdated OAuth2

Error messages you get when trying to log in: You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password Enter your password and the characters in the picture correctly I know this is OAuth2 related because Thunderbird ESR (140) has the same issue.
