Appointment colors and black and white printing

I used yellow to highlight my most important appointments. Works great on the screen (Windows). But when I send it to print on my non-color printer, the yellow appears very dark nd the appointment text is unreadable. I'd like to avoid opening every yellow appointment and changing it's color. I'd suggest 2 possible fixes for this: Allow me to change the yellow color to printable color, and all appointments using yellow will change to that. (Perhaps there is a way to do this now, and I don't know it.) Add a print option so that the colors are ignored, or maybe some are made printer-friendly for B/W printers.
