Agenda widget day identification

Hi. would it be possible to show the day name (Monday, Tuesday etc) for each entry on the Agenda widget. Currently only the next 7 days shows the name, after that its the date & month. I would suggest that the day name, for example, is far more useful than the month. In other words I would rather know its a Tuesday than its December. I hope that makes sense, it would be a great addition! Thanks!
