Windows: tray icon in Win11 Business

There is no tray icon in Win11 Businessand it cannot be activated. I don't want to pin One Calendar to the taskbar. Is it a bug? Or do I need to pay for the premium app to get in into the tray? Orisitsomethingforasuggestionforimprovement?
