Android: Calendar Stickers (as an option)

I would love to flavor my calendar with (cute/colorful/cheerful) stickers or icons that correspond to the type of event... For example: a 🎈 (balloon) or 🎂 (cake) for birthdays, a 🏥 (hospital) for doctor appointments, a 💳 (credit card) for subscription cancelation reminders, etc. Using standard emojis for this would be acceptable, and then being able to pick from any of them when adding/creating/editing an event. (Stickers should be fully optional: so you don't have to use them, or can only use them on certain special events if you rather not always use them).
